Do I need an account to place an order?

You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

  • Manage your personal information

  • How do I reset my password?

    If you‘ve forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten password’ instructions on the 'Sign In' page.

    How can I exchange or return an item?

    You have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return item(s).

    Simply follow the instructions found inside your packing slip, inside your parcel and send your items back to us.

    Can I add a discount code to my order?

    To add a discount code or gift card to your order, simply click and enter your code into the 'Add discount code or voucher' section, located at the top of the first page of checkout.

    Can I cancel an item from my order?

    Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we're unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.

    If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

    How do I receive email updates?

    Create an account to receive news of the latest offers, fashion tips and product launches.

    When will I receive my order?

    Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You will also receive another notification from our courier the day before your order is due to be delivered, and another on the day of delivery containing your 1 hour delivery slot.

    When will I receive my refund?

    Once we receive your returned order, it will be processed and inspected. If all is well, your order will be refunded to the original purchaser, to the original methos of purchase. Please allow up to 7 Days for our processing, and up to 7 days for your bank to process your refund.
