Can I track my order?

To track your order, simply visit My Orders in your Think Bubbles account, or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. All delivery tracking is available from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation email.

How do I return my online order?

It's very simple – visit our returns page for all the information you'll need.

Can I exchange my online order?

Exchanging your order couldn't be easier – visit our returns page for information on how to exchange your order.

I have sent my order back. When will I receive my refund?

We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund, but please allow 7 days to process your return. You should receive a confirmation email when this is done. It may take up to another 7 days for the money arrive in your bank account, dependant on on your banks' processes.

Placing an Order

How do I cancel my online order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel it.

If you need to make a cancellation, please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

How do I change my online order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we're unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.

How can I use my gift card on my order?

Proceed through the checkout as normal, and when you come to the Payment page, use the gift card option using the details on your gift card. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

How can I check the balance on my gift card?

Payments & ClearPay

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your items using the following payment methods:

Credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Pay-In-4 with ClearPay. Accepted credit cards are Visa, Maestro, American Express and Mastercard.

What is ClearPay?

ClearPay is a credit provider that allows you to spread your purchase over 4-interest free instalments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by us, and instalments 2, 3 and 4 are scheduled 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks later, respectively. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the ClearPay app.

How do I pay with ClearPay?

If your order total is between £10 and £800, and you wish to checkout using Pay-In-4 with ClearPay, simply select ClearPay as your payment method on the payment page of our checkout.
